POSITION OVERVIEW:


The Asset Management Program (AMP) team supports operators through the lease and exchange of major aerospace components. We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional to assist with key Asset Management activities related to our rotable pool.
This is a full-time, onsite position (40 hours per week), working Monday–Friday during core business hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing asset availability details, preparing quotes, and supporting lease and exchange transactions for major rotable components.
• Support airlines and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) facilities for all Aerostructures OE aircraft and engine configurations, including Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.
• Manage communication with external customers via phone and email to ensure timely, accurate, and professional service.
• Coordinate internally with Aftermarket Technical Services, MRO partners, Distribution Centers, Licensing, Finance, Pricing, and other functional groups to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to gather, input, and update data within MS Dynamics and Salesforce.

EDUCATION: BA/BS

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: +2 years customer support

REQUIRED:
Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient organizational skills with ability to prioritize and complete tasks with minimal direction.
Able to solve customer problems utilizing resident processes/systems.
Fully competent in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
US citizens or US resident

PREFERRED:

Business or Engineering degree
Previous aerospace experience
Ability to create PowerBi reports
